Section 2.This approval is subject to and dependent upon the restriction and limitation ofthe "Restaurant,General"use to5837 Sunset Drive and as indicated onthe submitted siteplan. Section 3.TheCityManagermayrevokethisapprovalupona determinationthatanyotherportionofthe property,legally described herein,is being utilized for restaurant purposes, including storage,food preparation,deliveries or any services related to restaurant uses,which arenot authorized and licensed bytheCityofSouthMiamiforthe subject property.
