A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA,RELATING TO THE CODE
ENFORCEMENT BOARD;APPOINTING MS.ERNEST MAE "PINKY"
SANDS TO SERVE FOR AN UNEXPIRED TERM ENDING APRIL 2,
1999 OR UNTIL A SUCCESSOR IS DULY APPOINTED AND
QUALIFIED.
WHEREAS,The Mayor and Commission recognize the important
contributions made by those who serve on the various city boards
and committees,and wish to appoint a full complement to each of
the active boards and committees;
WHEREAS,the city Commission desires to appoint Ms.Ernest
Mae "Pinky"Sands to serve on the Code Enforcement Board until
April 2,1999 or until a successor is duly appointed and
qualified.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA:
Section 1.The City Commission hereby appoints Ms.
Ernest Mae "Pinky"Sands to serve on the Code Enforcement Board.
Section 2.The expiration date of this appointment shall
expire April 2,1999 or until a successor is duly appointed and
qualified.
Section 3 This resolution shall take effect immediately
upon approval
