A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA,RELATING TO THE PLANNING
BOARD;APPOINTING MS.PATRICIA A.CHIMELIS TO SERVE FOR
A TWO YEAR TERM ENDING AUGUST 19,1999 OR UNTIL A
SUCCESSOR IS DULY APPOINTED AND QUALIFIED.
WHEREAS,The Mayor and Commission recognize the important
contributions made by those who serve on the various city boards
and committees,and wish to appoint a full complement to each of
the active boards and committees;
WHEREAS,the city Commission desires to appoint Ms.Patricia
A.Chimelis to serve on the Planning Board until August 19,1999
or until a successor is duly appointed and qualified.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA:
Section 1.The City Commission hereby appoints Ms.
Patricia A.Chimelis to serve on the Planning Board.
Section 2.The expiration date of this appointment shall
expire August 19,1999oruntilasuccessorisduly appointed and
qualified.
Section 3
upon approval.
This resolution shall take effect immediately
