A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA,RELATING TO CRITERIA
COMMITTEE FOR NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS;PROVIDING FOR
APPOINTMENT,AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS,the City Commission asa result of the 1996/97
Fiscal Year budget hearings whereby several non-profit
organizations appeared before the city Commission soliciting
funding established a committee to set criteria by which those
requests are granted;and
WHEREAS,itisthe desire ofthe Mayor and City Commission
toappoint members tothiscommitteefora period ofoneyear
ending,May 20,1998.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA:
