We recommend control and maintenance of algae.Fertile nutrient run-off entering the water from sodded banks and storm drainage areas will continually stimulate algae growth.Algae blooms often cause odor problems andtendto accumulate along the shoreline regions. Water levelwas very lowatthetimeofthe survey. All irrigation pipeswere exposed which may cause possible damage duetoalgae. ***Debris was noted atthe time ofthe survey. Theabove problems canbe expected to increase dueto warmer temperatures and increased nutrient load from stormwater runoff. It is strongly recommended thatour professional water management program begin as soon as possible,so that the expected recreational, functional, and aesthetic values ofthelake may be realized and preserved. r Page 2 foUowfngV™WETLAND MANAGEMENT Program will be concerned with the l'InnM?ittreatment 1°contro1 any and all noxious aquatic weedsPlPanrsnrSbearpere^:ed:th "'"^h"bicid"-?hat bengal 2'Motogis^s3/1"6 Perf°rmed ^state certified and trained aquatic 3'arfmade^fn^61^°2)treatment*P**year.Additional treatmentsaremadeasnecessary,at no extra cost tothe customer.tmen^ 4'nsS^ririSrSe1?""and aigaecides *™*°»*«*•^ 5'Workmin^rrnCe covera§es to Protect our customer includingWorkmensCompensation, liability and property damage. 6*quality"paerImenfer°s.yOUr ^"°deter"ine im*°^™ter 7.Detailed management reporting following each visit to the property. resuU^n'a^Ln^h^T^0 MANAGEMENT Program at Fuchs Park willsystem?t w?n >healthy'and environmental ly sound waterwayllklfArJhrei^ve you of any further concerns regarding thelakefortheperiodofourserviceagreement. office"ai"e any qUestion'P]ease contact me at our Boynton Beach Respectfully yours, LAKE AND WETLAND MANAGEMENT,INC.
