A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA,RELATING TO CODE
ENFORCEMENT BOARD.APPOINTING LARRY A.LIGAMMARE TO
SERVE FOR A ONE YEAR TERM EXPIRING JANUARY 7,1998.
WHEREAS,The Mayor and Commission recognize the important
contribution made by those who serve on the various city boards
and committees,and wish to appoint a full complement to each of
the active boards and committees;and
WHEREAS,the Code Enforcement Board has one vacancy and the
City Commission desires to appoint Mr.Larry A.Ligammare to
serve in this capacity until his term has expired or a successor
is appointed;and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA:
MAYOR AND CITY
Section 1.The City Commission hereby appoints Mr.Larry
A.Ligammare to serve on the Code Enforcement Board.
Section 2.The expiration date of this appointment is
hereby established in accordance with Section 2-24 of the Code of
Ordinances and shall expire January 7,1998.
