WHEREAS,The Mayor and Commission recognize the important contribution made by those who serve on the various city boards and committees,and wish to appoint a full complement to each of the active boards and committees;and WHEREAS,the Code Enforcement Board has one vacancy and the City Commission desires to appoint Mr.Larry A.Ligammare to serve in this capacity until his term has expired or a successor is appointed;and NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA: MAYOR AND CITY Section 1.The City Commission hereby appoints Mr.Larry A.Ligammare to serve on the Code Enforcement Board.
