A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A PLAT OF MANGO TERRACE EXECUTED BY BABCOCK CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, A FLORIDA CORPORATION, OWNER, AND FRANCIS STOTT AND HELENE JOAN STOTT, AS AN ESTATE BY THE ENTIRETIES, MORTGAGE HOLDERS, AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE CITY CLERK OF AND ON BEHALF OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI TO AFFIX UPON SAID PLAT THEIR RESPECTIVE SIGNATURES AS SUCH OFFICERS TOGETHER WITH THE CITY'S SEAL. 1.
