AND ALL OF LOT 7, POINCIANA PARK, PB
41/41, DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA, FROM RU -1
TO C =1; RESCINDING ALL ORDINANCES OR
PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HERE-
WITH; AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP;
AND, PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR.VIOLA-
TIONS OF THE PROVISIONS HEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That pursuant to the authority of Article VB.
of Chapter 20 of the Code of Ordinances, City of South Miami,
Florida:
N2 of Lot 6 and all of Lot '7,
POINCIANA PARK, according to the
Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book
41 at Page 41 of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida,
be and the same hereby is rezoned from RU -1 Zoning classifica-
tion to C -1 zoning classification conditioned upon improvements
substantially in accordance with the plans submitted.
Section '2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same hereby are repealed insofar
as they are in conflict.
Section 3. That the Zoning Director of the City hereby
is authorized and directed to make the necessary changes on
the official zoning map of the City.
Section 44 That any person, persons, firm, partnership or
or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance
shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed
$500,0 0, or by impriaor agent fidt to exceed six months, or by both
