ORDINANCE 743ORDINANCE NO. 39 -71 -743 AN ORDINANCE GRANTING A VARIANCE TO BOB RUTLEDGE AND RICHARD DOYLE, FROM LOT SIZE REQUIREMENTS OF SECTION 5 -10 -4.01 OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE 'CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,, FLORIDA,, ON REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED HEREIN;; AND PRESCRIBING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATIONS OF THE PROVIS -IONS HEREOF,. WHEREAS, the 2.1 feet of said property was ;removed from the allowable 75 feet frontage for street widening purposes by Metropolitan Dade County, thereforeā€ž BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the application of BOB RUTLEDGE and RICHARD G. DOYLE, for a variance to permit construction of a two- story residential office building on parcel of real property described as; Lots 1, 2 and E 5' of Lot 3, less N 10 feet,. and Lot 6 and N 10 feet of Lots 1 thru 5, Block 1, ROYAL PALM VILLAS, PB 19/17, as recorded in the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, approximate location 6303 thru 6313 Sunset Drive, said parcel having a frontage of less than 75 feet as required by Section 5 -10 -4.01 of Ordinance 20 -71 -724 of the City of South Miami, Florida, be and the same hereby is GRANTED. Section 2. That any person, persons, firm, partnership or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance shad upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00, or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both such :fine and imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal, Judge.
