AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,
FLORIDA, CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN
DESCRIBED PROPERTY FROM RM -18 ( LOW
DENSITY MULTI - FAMILY RESIDENTIAL) DISTRICT
TO RO' (RESIDENTIAL OFFICE) DISTRICT, AND
AMENDING THE•OFFICIAL ZONING;,MAP OF THE CITY
OF SOUTH MIAMI TO SHOW THE CHANGE IN ZONING.
WHEREAS, the Planning Board of the City of ;South
Miami has recommended a change in zoning from,RM -18' (Low Density
Multi- Family Residential) District to RO (Residential Office;)
District for the property to be rezoned.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, :FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the recommendation of the Planning
Board for a change in zoning from RM -18 (Low Density Multi-
Family Residential) District to RO (Residential Office) District
in connection with the property located at the Southeast corner
of Southwest 61st Court and Southwest 66th Street, South Miami,
Florida, and more particularly described as:
Tract H of UNIVERSITY GARDENS SUBDIVISION
No. 3, a tentative plat, lying West of
Lots 15 and 21, Block A of Resubdivision of
Blocks 3 and 4 of TOWNSITE OF LARKINS,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 4, Page 1 of the Public ,Records
of Dade County, Florida, and a portion of
Tract D, lying Southeast of the ,above
referred to Tract H, more particularly
described as per the legal description
as attached hereto and made a part hereof',
is hereby approved and the zoning of said property be, and the
same is hereby changed from RM -18 (Low Density Multi- Family
Residential) District to :RO (Residential Office) District.
Section 2. The Official Zoning Map of the City of
South Miami, be and the same is hereby amended to reflect
the change in zoning herein made.
