AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,
FLORIDA, GRANTING FIDELITY NATIONAL BANK
VARIANCES TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION OF A ONE-
STORY ADDITION TO AN EXISTING BUILDING TO
A HEIGIT OF 3,8 FEET INSTEAD OF THE REQUIRED
35 FEET; A THREE -STORY ADDITION TO SAID.
EXISTING BUILDING TO A HEIGHT OF 38 FEET
INSTEAD OF THE REQUIRED 35 FEET; A SETBACK
OF 14.94 FEET INSTEAD OF THE REQUIRED 20
FEET, WITH A 6.6 FOOT ORNAMENTAL PROJECTION OF
COLUMNS INSTEAD OF 3 FEET, ALL ON PROPERTY
HAVING A DEPTH OF 94.99 FEET INSTEAD OF THE
REQUIRED 100 FEET, TO BE EFFECTIVE UNDER
CERTAIN TE MIS AND CONDITIONS, WHICH INCLUDES
A UNITY OF TITLE AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board of the City
of South Miami has recommended the variances hereinafter granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY. OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA-
Section '1. That Fidelity National Bank be, and
they are hereby granted the following variances:
A. To permit construction of a one -story
addition to an existing 'building to a height of 38 feet
instead of the required 35 feet on property having a depth of
94.99 feet instead of the required 100 feet, and a setback of
14.94 feet instead of the required 20 feet, with an ornamental
projection of columns of 6.6 feet instead of the permitted 3
feet.
B. To permit construction of a three -story
addition to the above existing building to a height. Of 38 feet
instead of the required 35 feet; to permit a setback of 14,94
feet instead of the required 20 feet; to permit an ornamental
projection of columns of 6.6 :feet instead of the permitted 3
feet, all on property 'having a depth of 94.99 feet instead of
the required 100 feet.
Section 2. All of said property is located at

according to the Plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 27, Page 9 of the Public
