AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMIā
FLORIDA, ;GRANTI -NG THE FIRST NATIONAL BANK
OF SOUTH MIAMI A VARIANCE AS TO CERTAIN
DESCRIBED PROPERTY, TO PERMIT CONSTRUCTION
OF A'ONE -STORY ADDITION TO AN EXISTING
BUILDING, SAID ADDITION TO HAVE A 4 FOOT
3 INCH SETBACK FROM THE RIGHT -OF -WAY LINE
INSTEAD OF THE REQUIRED 15 FEET, AND A
0'0'' SETBA'C'K FROM THE RIGHT -OF -WAY LINE
INSTEAD OF THE REQUIRED 10 FEET.
WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board of the City of
South Miami has recommended the variance hereinafter granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the First National Bank of South
Miami be, and it is hereby granted a variance to permit construction
of a one` -story addition to an existing building with -a 4 foot
b L*2 inch setback from the right -of -way line on Southwest 73rd
Street instead of the required 15 foot setback, and a 4 *foot 8'
inch setback from the right -of -way line on Southwest 57th Court
instead of the required 10 feet for side corner, in accordance
with Plans submitted to the City, and copy of which is attached
hereto and made a part hereof and marked exhibit A.
Section 2. Said variance is permitted on the property
located at 5750 Sunset Drive, South Miami, rlorida,, and more
particularly described as:
Lots 6, 7, S, 9,, 53, 654, 65, 56 and East 50
feet of Lots 51 and 52, 11. A. LARKINS
SUBDIVISIONS, according to the Plat thereof
as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 193 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 17th day of February 1975.
