AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI',
FLORIDA, GRANTING VARIANCES FOR A SIDE
CORNER ,SETBACK OF TEN FEET INSTEAD OF THE
REQUIRED FIFTEEN FEET; A FIFTEEN FOOT REAR
SETBACK INSTEAD OF THE REQUIRED TWENTY-
FIVE FOOT, AND FOR LOT COVERAGE OF 2,758
FEET INSTEAD OF THE ALLOWED 2,268; FEET,
FOR THE PURPOSE OF CONSTRUCTING AN ADDITION
TO A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE AS TO CERTAIN
DESCRIBED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6250 SOUTHWEST
60TH AVENUE, SOUTH; MIAMI, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, The Planning Advisory Board of the City
of South Miami, Florida has recommended the approval of
the variance hereinafter granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR
AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA::
Section 1 -. That James T. Bowman be, and he is
hereby granted variances to construct an addition to a
single family residence with a side corner setback of ten
feet instead of the required fifteen feet; a rear setback
of fifteen Feet instead of the required' twenty -five feet,
said addition to cover 2,758 feet instead of the
allowed 2,268 feet on the property located at 6250 South-
west 60th Avenue, South Miami, Florida, and more particularly
described as
Lot 90 and the East 25 feet of lot 91,
Block 15, Franklin Subdivision, according
to the plat thereof as recorded in 'Plat
Book 5 Page 34, of the public records of
Dade County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 20th day of July 1976.
