AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,
FLORIDA, GRANTING A VARIANCE FOR A 21 -.4
REAR SETBACK FROM HOUSE TO PROPERTY LINE
INSTEAD OF THE REQUIRED 25 FEET FOR THE
PURPOSE OF CONVERTING A SCREENED PATIO
INTO A FAMILY ROOM AS TO CERTAIN DESCRIBED
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6221 SOUTHWEST 62ND
PLACE, SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board of the City of
South Miami has recommended the approval of the variance
hereinafter granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Samuel and Constance'Makins be,
and they are hereby granted a variance to convert a screened
patio into a family room with a rear setback of 21.4 feet
from house to property line ;instead of the required 25 feet
on the property located at 6221 Southwest 62nd Place, South
Miami, Florida, and more particularly described as
Lot 5, Block 6, TWIN•LAKES MANOR,
according to the Plat thereof, as
recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 82,
of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida,.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 19th day of October ,1976.
