ORDINANCE 958ORDINANCE NO. 41- 77 -95B AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA, CHANGING THE ZONING OF CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY REQUESTED BY ROBERT E. RUTLEDGE, JR. AND R. C. COLLINS, AND LOCATED AT 7321 AND 7331 SOUTHWEST 57TH COURT, SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA, FROM CO, - COMMERCIAL OFFICE, TO C -2, DOWNTOWN COMMERCIAL, AND AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI TO SHOW SAID CHANGE,. WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board of the City of South. Miami has recommended a change in zoning requested by Robert E. Rutledge, Jr. and R. C. Collins, from CO, Commercial Office, to C -2, Downtown Commercial, for the property hereinafter rezoned. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA: Section 1. That the recommendation of the Planning Advisory Board for a change in zoning from Co, Commercial Office, to C -2, Downtown Commercial, requested by Robert E. Rutledge, Jr and R. C. Collins, in connection with the property located at 7321 and 7331 Southwest 57th Court, South Miami, Florida, and more particularly described as follows: Lots 72, 73 and 74, W. A. LARKINS SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 198, of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, is hereby approved, and the zoning of said property be, and the same is hereby changed from CO, Commercial office, to C -2, Downtown Commercial. Section 2. That the Official Zoning Map of the City of South Miami is amended to show the change made herein. PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day Of August ,1977. Mayer - Att�nt ?"
