AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,
FLORIDA, GRANTING A VARIANCE TO BRADEN-
LYNS ASSOCIATES, AIA, INC., TO ALLOW
VEHICULAR ACCESS IN AN RO (RESIDENTIAL
OFFICE) DISTRICT ON THE 'SIDE ADJACENT
TO A RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT AS TO CERTAIN
DESCRIBED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6341 SUNSET
DRIVE, SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board of the City
of South ,Miami, Florida has recommended the approval of the
variance hereinafter granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Braden -Lyns Associates, AIA,
Inc., be and it is hereby granted a variance to allow vehicular
access in an RO (Residential Office) District on the side
adjacent to a residential district on the property located
at 6341 Sunset Drive, South Miami, Florida, and more
particularly described as:
Lots 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15, less the
South 15 feet for right -of -way, Block
8, COCOPLUM TERRACE SUBDIVISION,
according to the Plat thereof as recorded
in Plat Book 25, Page 4, of the Public'
Records of Dade County, Florida.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of September ,1977.
