AN ORD'I'NANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,.
FLORIDA, GRANTING A VARIANCE TO METROPOLITAN
DADE COUNTY TO PERMIT THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
BUILDING WITH A SETBACK ON THE NORTH OF '8 FEET
INSTEAD OF THE REQUIRED 20 FEET, A SETBACK ON
THE EAST SIDE OF 10 FEET 1 INCH INSTEAD OF THE
REQUIRED 15 FEET, A SETBACK ON THE WEST SIDE
OF 7 FEET 1 INCH INSTEAD OF THE REQUIRED
15 FEET, AND A REAR SETBACK OF 10 FEET INSTEAD
OF THE REQUIRED 15 FEET, AS TO CERTAIN DESCRIBED
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 6000 SUNSET DRIVE, SOUTH
MIAMI, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, the Planning Advisory Board of the City of South
Miami, Florida, has considered the request for the variance
hereinafter granted.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Metropolitan Dade County be, and it is
hereby granted a variance to permit the construction of a building
with a setback on the North of 8 feet instead of the required
20 feet, a setback on the East side of 10 feet 1 inch instead of
the required 15 feet, and a rear setback of 10 feet instead of the
required 15 feet, on the property located at 6000 Sunset Drive, South.
Miami, Florida,, and more particularly described as:

Lots q and 10, and portions of Lots 11,
12, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31 and 32, Block
1, REILLY, PAXSON and STOMS SUBDIVISION,
according to the Prat thereof as recorded
in plat Book 27, Page 56, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
PASSED and ADOPTED this lath day of January , 1977.
