ORDINANCE 980ORDINANCE NO. 1 -78 -980 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA, DESIGNATING PLACE OF POLLING;; DESIGNATING CLERK AND INSPECTORS OF ELECTION FOR REGULAR ELECTION ON FEBRUARY 14, 1978. WHEREAS, the City Charter as amended provided for the Regular City Election to be held during February of each even year; and WHEREAS, the Code of Ordinances of the City provides that the City Council shall designate the polling place, and certify the Clerk of Election and Inspectors; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA. 1. The polling place for said Regular Municipal Election to be held February 14, 1978 shall be the Fire Station located in the Municipal Building at 6130 Sunset Drive, South Miami, Florida. 2. The Clerk of the Election shall be Helen Brooke, the Deputy Clerk shall be Juel Tatum, Deputy Sheriff shall be Ernest Tatum, the Inspectors shall be Willie Mae Robinson, Rudy Swartz, Dorothy Swartz, Crystal Cannington, Mary Graver, Mary McGowan, Ernest M. McCracken, Mossie Peck, Pat Hellmueller, Jean Testa, Margaret Maquire, Dorothy Hamilton, Mimi Rhode, Berry Filippi, Jean Starling, Jerry Seiden, Earline Johnson, Dorothy Thomas, Marcella Barona, Ann H. Scoville, 011ie Wilkes, Helen Ellis, Zona Wade, Juanita Henderson, Carol Shropshire, Virginia Maxwell and Robert Maxwell. PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of Januaryo 1975. Atteat.
