They are very responsive to our requests and provide on-site service calls/appointments. Control Communications has expanded their services to Include license plate reader technologies, vehicle equipment Installations, and other services. Based on our experience with their reliable and long history of quality service, we are looking to expand the services we obtain from Control Communications (while following our procurement rules), as we trust we will be in good hands. These types of technology fields are generally plagued by vendors/contractors who provide poor service and generally do not stay in bUsiness for long periods of time, creating concerns over fulfillment of long-term contracts and maintenance agreements. I would recommend Control Communications to businesses or agencies looking for a stable vendor/contractor with an excellent track record. Please contact me if you would like any additional information about services Control Communications provides us.
