An Ordinance of the City of South Miami, located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, approving a tentative millage rate for the fiscal year commencing October 1, 2016, through September 30, 2017 (“fiscal year 2016/2017”) which amount may be amended at the first or second reading, and approving and enacting the final millage rate of the City on second reading. 3/5 (City Manager- Finance Dept.) 2.
