The current electronic fuel monitoring board console for the Police fuel pumps at City Hall has failed. The system depends on a functioning console for all fuel monitoring requirements. A monitoring system is required for all regulatory certifications. The system will provide several major safety measurements, including but not limited to, leak detection, pressure measurements, dispensing fuel levels and tank contamination. PSR Inc. will supply and install one functional complete VeedeRoot TLS-350 plus monitoring system with integrated printer and module and all applicable compliance monitoring sensors, wiring, materials, conduit, tank connections, labor and Final Annual Certification as indicated in option #3 on the attached proposal. The monitoring system to be installed is compatible with the current operational system in use by the City. PSR Inc. was the lowest and most responsive bidder and met all requirements of the scope needed for services. Severability. If any section, clause, sentence, or phrase of this resolution is 26 for any reason held invalid or unconstitutional by a court of competent jurisdiction, this holding 27 shall not affect the validity of the remaining portions of this resolution. 28 29 Section 3.
