Sandro Padilla began his career in the janitorial industries 20 years ago with Seacoast
Towers, a Five Star Hotel with the department • housekeeping; seven months later
he acquired a supervisory position where he successfully managed over 120
employees.
Seven years later, San•r• began working in the aviation industry at the Hollywood-Ft.
Lauderdale Airportwith Kanon Services as supervisor where services such as janitorial
cabin cleaning were provided to Delta, Continental and Southwest Airlines.Shortly
thereafter, he was promoted to Overnight Day Manager for Kanon Servicesphere he
carried out this duty for over 12 years.
On December 2010 Sandro had the opportunity to work with Eulen America as
Overnight Duty Manger providing janitorial services for Jet Blue, American Airlines, US
Airways and Delta Airlines. At this present time he is working in the flagship office as
Site Manager showing his professionalism, knowledge and leadership expertise that
he has acquired in his career in the janitorial business.

Pedro began his career in the janitorial industry in 1995 and is an expert manager
leading and directing our training programs that include the use of cleaning
performance and equipment. His experience has been in Class 'A' offices, hospitals
and hotels. He is an expert floor technician and fluent in English and Spanish.
Pedro joined Eulen America in ®t spring of 2012 and hasproven to be an asset to the
organization. He is the leader of our apprentice program and trainer of our Eco-
Agents.
Ricardo Marquez

Ricardo holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from St. Thomas
University. He was Sales Coordinator for St. Thomas University's Haiti humanitarian
program before joining the Eulen America group. At Eulen he held the position of
Marketing Coordinator and has now transitioned to the Janitorial business
development division.

Eulen America janitorial services offer an "Eco-Friendly" cleaning service program
that enables the Eco-Agents to experience a new way • cleaning • using
innovation, technology and earth friendly cleaning products to preserve the quality of
property fixtures and the health of our esteemed agents and building occupants.

respond to emergencies twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven days (7) a week,
including holidays. Contractor shall provide additional equipment that may be
