As determined by the selection committee, Standard Parking provides the most qualified team to provide the parking management and maintenance services to the City of South Miami with extensive multi -space technology expertise. 2. Standard Parking completely understands multi -space technology conversions including installation and our ability to provide the City with a budget neutral alternative. 3. Standard Parking has established an excellent business relationship with the proposed equipment provider (Digital Payment Technologies) and receives highly competitive pricing. 4. Standard Parking provides all full -time employees the following benefits (outlined in detail in our response to the RFQ): • Health and dental insurance • minimum 2 week vacation • six paid holidays and two personal floating holidays • 401(K) or similar retirement plan • life insurance • longterm disability insurance • paid sick leave 5.
