BE IT "ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNC It OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH MIAMI, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That Sec. 20 -22 (2) Code of Ordifiances
City of South Miami, Florida, entitled "Commercial; C -l" be and
is hereby amended by adding thereto the following:
"Bait and Tackle `Shomps, provz.ded'ttiat'b'ait may

be stocked, soldkor pemitted"on "the premises
only upon the "following conditions:
(a) That a'il bu's "ine's`s'"here"under shall 'be
conducted within an air conditioned
building.
(b) That no bait or other meat or fish
products, alive or dead, shall be
displayed or sold outside of the
air conditioned building.
(c) That all doors, exits and windows shall
be kept closed and the business shall
be operated so as 'not to produce the
emission 'of ' objecelonable or offensive
odors in such 'a manner as to be detri-
mental to other adjacent uses."
Section 2. That any person, person4 firm, partnership
or corporation violating any of the provisions of this ordinance
shall upon conviction, be punished by a fine not to exceed $500.00,
or by imprisonment in the discretion of the Municipal Judge. Each
day that a violation is permitted to exist shall constitute a
separate offense.
Section 3. By reason-of the nature of the content of
this ordinance it shall be included in the Code of Ordinances,
City of South Miami, Florida.
Section 4. This ordinance shall become effective
October 20, 1970.
