RESOLUTION NO.:037-16-14592 A Resolution approving Das Renn Treffen to hold its second annual Porsche car show on Sunday,March 6,2016,onSunset Drive from 57th AvenuetoSouth Dixie Highway. WHEREAS,Das Renn Treffen,a 501 (c)(3)non-profit organization,has submitted a Special Event Application to holdits classic car show event in downtown South Miami;and WHEREAS,the applicant haspaid the City$660,whichincludes$60 application fee,$100 administrative feeand $500 refundable security deposit;and WHEREAS,the applicant will be responsible forallservicesand fees rendered byPolice($2,310), Parking Meter fees ($2,400),Street Closureand MOT fee($518)andPublicWorks($683.66),totaling $5,911.66;and WHEREAS,The applicant has completed the Special Event Application and has submitted the necessary notification/petition form signed by businesses that willbe affected by the requested street closure.
