AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITYOFSOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA,
GRANTING VARIANCES TO JOSE ANTONIO JIMINEZ TO
ALLOW ARCADE COLUMNS ADJACENT TO THE PROPERTY
LINE WHERE A TEN FOOT GROUND SETBACK WOULD
NORMALLY BEREQUIREDANDTO ALLOW ANEIGHT (8)
STORY BUILDING WITH ONE INTERMEDIATE LEVEL OF
PARKING WHERE TWO LEVELS OF PARKING WOULD
NORMALLY BE REQUIRED AS TO CERTAIN DESCRIBED
PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE CORNER OF SUNSET DRIVE
AND 59TH PLACE AND EXTENDING NORTHWARD TO
S.W.71ST STREET,SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA.
WHEREAS,the Planning Advisory Board has unanimously recommended
approval ofthe variances hereinafter granted,
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND THE CITY
COMMISSION OFTHE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA:
Section 1.That Jose Antonio Jiminez be,and heis hereby
granted variances to allow arcade columns adjacent to the property line where a ten
foot (10')ground setback would normally be required and to allow an eight (8)story
building with one intermediate level of parking where two levels of parking would
normally be required asto certain described property located atthe corner of
Sunset Driveand59th Place,extending Northward to S.W.71st Street,South Miami,
andmoreparticularlydescribedas:
