07-790-021GENERAL NOTES I. EXAMINATION OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SITE OF WORK. THE BIDDER 16 REQUIRED, BEFORE SUBMITTING HIS PROPOSAL, TO VISIT THE SITE OF THE PROPOSED WORK AND FAMILIARIZE HIMSELF WITH THE NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK AND ANY LOCAL CONDITIONS THAT MAY IN ANY MANNER, AFFECT THE WORK TO BE DONE AND EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS AND LABOR REQUIRED THEREFORE.
