ENFORCED BY THE LOCAL BUILDING OFFICIALS.
2. PROVIDE WRITTEN GUARANTEE STATING THAT THE CONTRACTOR, WILL REPLACE OR REPAIR, FREE OF CHARGE, ANY EQUIPMENT OR
MATERIAL WHICH FAILS DURING A ONE YEAR PERIOD FROM DATE OF SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION.
ENGINEERING ASSURANCE:
1. THE EQUIPMENT HAS BEEN SELECTED, AND THE HVAC SYSTEM HAS BEEN DESIGNED, TO COMPLY WITH NATIONAL FIRE PROTECTION
