Res No 007-16-14562RESOLUTION NO.:007-16-14562 A Resolution authorizing the City Manager to expend an amount not to exceed $7,200 to BM Roofing General Repairs,LLC for the installation ofanew roof for the equipment room at Palmer Park. WHEREAS,the existing roof is experiencing damage due to numerous leaks.Furthermore, the roof leaks have caused interior damage due to water intrusion;and WHEREAS,competitive proposals were sought from three (3)different sources of supply. BMRoofing General Repairs,LLC.("BMRoofing")was the lowest and most responsive vendor;and WHEREAS,the City's Public Works department has used BMRoofingin the past and recommends their work and professionalism.
