WHEREAS,a scrivener's errorhasbeenfoundintheLand Development Code inits reference to the Schedule of Uses,which error is corrected via this amendment;and WHEREAS,theCityCommissiondesiretoimplementtheabovethroughthe adoption of this Ordinance. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SOUTH MIAMI,FLORIDA: Section 1.South Miami Land Development Code Article V,"Procedures and Applications,"Section20-5.8,"Special use approvals,"is hereby amendedtoreadas follows: 20-5.8 -Special use approvals. (A)UseScheduleReference.A special usemaybe granted foranyuse indicated in the Permitted Use Schedule (Section 20 3.1E 20-3.30)))with an "S"designation inthe appropriate district column. Section 2.Codification.The provisions of this ordinance shall become andbe made part of the Land Development Code of theCity of South Miami as amended. Section 3.Severability.If any section,clause,sentence,or phrase of this ordinance isforany reason held invalid or unconstitutional bya court of competent jurisdiction,this holding shallnotaffectthevalidity of the remaining portions of this ordinance orthe Guidelines adopted hereunder. Section 4.Ordinances inConflict.All ordinances orparts of ordinances andall sectionsandparts of sections of ordinancesindirect conflict herewith arehereby repealed.
