There is hereby established a comprehensive fee schedule
setting forth fees for the following items:

C.Mechanical Permit Fees
D.Electrical Permit Fees
E.LandUse Application Fees
F.Certificates ofUseor Occupancy Fees
G.PublicWorks/UtilityFees
H.Other Fees
as set foruh intheSchedule entitled:"Comprehensive Fee
Schedule"attachedheretoandmadeaparthereof.
Section 5.Ifany section,srbsecf-ion,sentence,clause,
phrase,word or amount of this Ordinance shall be declared
unconstitutional or invalid by competent authority,thenthe
remainder of rVte ordinance shallnotbe affected thereby,and
shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 6.Thatallordinancesorpartsofordinancesin
conflict herewith beandthesameare hereby repealedinsofaras
there isa conflict or inconsistency.
Section 7.This ordinance shall take effect immediately

5.ADDITIONAL COSTS:
IN ADDITION TOTHE BASIC APPLICATION FEESLISTED,THE APPLICANTS SHALL PAYFORALL REASONABLE COSTS INCURRED BYTHE
CITY IN PROCESSING SAID APPLICATIONS.THESE COSTS SHALL INCLUDE BUT NOTBE LIMITED TO ADVERTISING,STAFF TIME AND
COSTSFORQUALIFIED EXPERTS,SUCHASARCHITECTS,ENGINEERS,PLANNERS,ATTORNEYSANDOTHERSDEEMEDNECESSARYFORTHE
REVIEW AND EVALUATION OF THE APPLICATION.THESE FEES SHALL BEIN ADDITION TO ANY OTHER FEES REQUIRED BY THE CITY.
