That Section 2u-3.6, Subsection (K)(2) regarding Whirlpool Spas Is hereby amended as follows: (2) Impervious coverage shall be as per Section 20-3,5. Section 13. That Section 20-4.3, Subsection (0), subsection (6) of the sign code regarding exceptions to permits required is hereby amended as follows: (b) Construction, nameplate, real. estate, temporary and permanent window signs one (1) tiff , ft. or less in area. Section 14, That Section ZU-4.3, Subsection (E)(1) regardin�r landscape signs is nereby amended as follows: (1) Said signs shall be permitted only in LO (low intensity of lice) , NO, hedium Intensity office) and H, Hospital Districts where buildtng setbacks exceed required yard setbacks at least by twenty (20) feet; and Section 15.
