Section 1. That Section 20 -2.3 of they Definitions be amended as

Section 9. 'Chat Section 20-3.6, SUbSeCLioa (h)(2)(a) of the
Supplemental reyutations is hereby ameoded as foliows:
(a) Fences, walls, trelLises and hedges on or ahut.tiog property
zoned or used for residential purposes shall not exceed four (4)
Wet in height above grade in the required front yard. No chain
link shall be purwitted in the required front yard. In the back
yard, fences, walls, trellises and hedges shall not exceed six
(6) feet of height above grade. In no event, shall this section
affect the previously permitted fences, walls trellises and
hedges.
Section 1U. That Secciun 20-3.6, subsection (U), subsection (3)
of the supplemental regulations 'is hereby amended as follows:
(3) Prohibiced Features
Vences constructed Wholly or partially of barbed wire are
prohibited, except in intensive districcs where fences or walls
exceeding six (6) feet may be permitted which have a maximum top
extensions Of SIXLeen (16) inches bearing a maximum of three (3)
SE rands of barbed wire. Use cat; electrically charged fences shall
not be permitted in auy district.
section 11. That Section 20-3.6, Subsection (J)(4)(f) regnraing,
screen enclosures is hereby amended as follows:
(f) Minimum side SeLbaekS Lor screen enclosures shall be:

Minimum side setbacks shall be seven and one half (7.5) feet
from each side lot line.
Minimum rear setback shall he ten (10) feet from the rear

Section 12. That Section 2u-3.6, Subsection (K)(2) regarding
Whirlpool Spas Is hereby amended as follows:
(2) Impervious coverage shall be as per Section 20-3,5.
Section 13. That Section 20-4.3, Subsection (0), subsection (6)
of the sign code regarding exceptions to permits required is
hereby amended as follows:
(b) Construction, nameplate, real. estate, temporary and
permanent window signs one (1) tiff , ft. or less in area.
Section 14, That Section ZU-4.3, Subsection (E)(1) regardin�r
landscape signs is nereby amended as follows:
(1) Said signs shall be permitted only in LO (low intensity
of lice) , NO, hedium Intensity office) and H, Hospital Districts
where buildtng setbacks exceed required yard setbacks at least by
twenty (20) feet; and
Section 15. That Section 20-4.3, Subsection (d)(4) of the
permitted sign schedule is hereby added as follows:
(4) Sign requirements for the P1 district Shall be the same as
those Listed in the following table for the most restrictive
adjacent district:

Section 16. That Section 20-4,4(H)(2) regarding off-street
parking is hereby amended as follows:
(2) Two (2) spaces per dwelling unit, provided that at least one
(1) space per unit s" all be enclosed.

DeveLopmenL requirements is hereby amended as follows:
(2) Minor cnaugesimay be permitted by the City Manager if sueh
changes meet the same physical design requirements as the
approved final plans.
Secrion 2U. That Section 2U-5.12 (F)(l)(a) of the Planned Unit
Development requirements is hereby amended as follows:
(a) Any proposed change which would have the effect of
increasing densities or redistributing square footage or
altering the neight height or use of a development is a major
change.
