REMOVED ". PRIOR TO DEMOLiTION/REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF
EXISTING ITEMS, THE CONTRACTOR 15 TO VERIFY WITH THE OWNER

SALVAGEABLE. SUCH SALVAGEABLE ITEMS WILL BE DELIVERED

12 CONTRACTOR IS TO EXERCISE EXTREME CARE NOT TO DAMAGE

PROTECTION FOR PORTIONS OF GROUNDS AND ADJACENT SITE
AND BUILDING COMPONENTS AND /OR ELEMENTS NOT INCLUDED iN
CONTRACT AND AFFECTED OR DAMAGED BY DEMOLITION MUST
BE RESTORED BY CONTRACTOR AT NO EXTRA COST TO THE
OWNER.
13 THE CONTRACTOR IS TO PERFORM DEMOLITION WORK, FIELD
VERIFYING THAT SUCH TYPE OF WORK IN NO WAY WILL AFFECT THE
INTEGRITY OF THE SITE AND ADJACENT BUILDING STRUCTURES.
CONTRACTOR IS TO COORDINATE DEMOLITION WORK WiTH AND
