10 THE CONTRACTOR WiLL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL EXISTING
CON8TRL=ION, INCLUDING EXISTING "TO REMAIN" AND "TO BE
REMOVED". PRIOR TO DEMOLITION/REMOVAL AND DISPOSAL OF
EXISTING ITEMS, THE CONTRACTOR iS TO VERIFY WiTH THE OWNER
TO DETERMINE WHICH MATERIALS OR EQUIPMENTS ARE
SALVAGEABLE. SUCH SALVAGEABLE ITEMS WiLL BE DELIVERED
TO THE OWNER AT A PRE- ARRAJNCiED LOCATION WITHIN THE SITE.
ALL OTHER ITEMS AND DEBRIS WILL BE PROPERLY DISPOSED OF
BY THE CONTRACTOR AT NO COST TO THE OWNER
11 THE CONTRACTOR IS TO KEEP THE SiTE CLEAN AT ALL TiMES.
REFUSED MATERIALS ARE TO BE DISCARDED AND CARRIED
AWAY ON A TIMELY BASIS. AFTER COMPLETION OF DEMOLITION
WOFK SiTE 18 TO BE LEFT CLEAN AND FREE OF ANY DEMOLITION /
CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS.
12 CONTRACTOR IS TO EXERCISE EXTREME CARE NOT TO DAMAGE
ANY EXISTING CONSTRUCTION OR ITEMS TO 1REMtAK PROVIDE
PROTECTION FOR PORTIONS OF GROUNDS AND ADJACENT SITE
AND BUILDING COMPONENTS AND /OR ELEMENTS NOT INCLUDED M
CONTRACT AND AFFECT OR DAMAGED BY DEMOLITION MUST
BE RESTORED BY C4"'RAGTOR AT NO EXTRA COST TO THE
OUTER.
13 THE CONTRACTOR iS TO PERFORM DEMOLITION W0RKI., FIELD
VERIFYING THAT SUCH TYPE OF WORK IN NO WAY WiLL AFFECT THE
INTEGRITY OF THE SITE AND ADJACENT BUILDING STRUCTURES.
CONTRACTOR IS TO COORDINATE DEMiOLiTION WORK WITH AND
PROVIDE A SAFETY PLAN FOR REVIEW BY THE ARCHITECT PRIOR
TO START OF WORK TO AVOID ANY CONFLICT.
14 CONTRACTOR i8 TO INCLUDE AS PART OF THE BID PROPOSAL,
ALL EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WiTH THE FABRICATION AND
