SITE INVESTIGATION NOTE SITE VISIT PRIOR TO BID EXAMINATION OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS AND SITE: THE BIDDER IS REQUIRED BEFORE SUBMITTING HIS /HER PROPOSAL, TO VISIT THE SITE AND FAMILIARIZE HIMSELF /HERSELF WITH THE NATURE AND EXTENT OF THE WORK TO BE PERFORM ANY DEVIATIONS THAT MAY AFFECT THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED, SHALL BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING TO THE ARCHITECT /ENGINEER FOR CONSIDERATION, PRIOR TO SUBMITTING OF BID. VARIATIONS FROM CONTRACT DOCUMENTS ROUTING AND /OR CONSTRUCTIONS DEVIATIONS SHALL BE ANTICIPATED BY THE CONTRACTOR TO AVOID CONFLICTS WITH OTHER TRADES. THESE DEVIATIONS ARE EXPRESSLY INCLUDED AS PART OF THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED WHENEVER REQUIRED AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE OWNER. THE CONTRACTOR WILL IN NO WAY BE RELIEVED OF HIS /HER OBLIGATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES ASSUMED UNDER THIS CONTRACT. CONSIDERATION WILL BE GIVEN TO UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS.
