SUBTERRANEAN TERMITES. TREATMENT IS IN ACCORDANCEWITH THE RULES AND
LAWS ESTABLISHED BY THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND
CONSUMER SEVICES".
SOIL STATEMENT
THE SOIL STATEMENT AT THIS SITE HAS BEEN OBSERVED
BY THE ENGINEER TO BE COMPOSED OF SAND AND ROCKS
AND CAN BE CONSIDERED TO HAVE AN ALLOWABLE
MAXIMUM DESIGN BEARING CAPACITY OF 2000 P.S.F.
(SHOULD ANY OTHER CONDITIONS OR MATERIALS BE
ENCOUNTERED IN THE PROCESS OF CONSTRUCTION THE
ENGINEER SHALL BE NOTIFIED BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH
THE WORK). AT THE TIME OF CONSTRUCTION THE ENGINEER
SHALL SUBMIT TO THE BUILDING OFFICIAL A LETTER
ATTESTING THAT THE SITE HAS BEEN OBSERVED AND THAT
THE FOUNDATION CONDITIONS ARE SIMILAR TO THOSE UPON
