GENERAL STRUCTURAL NOTES
1. FOUNDATION
A. BASED ON FIELD OBSERVATION ON THE EXISTING SOIL, CONSISTING OF UNDISTURBED SAND
AND ROCK THE FOUNDATIONS HAVE BEEN DESIGNED FOR AN ALLOWABLE SOIL BEARING
PRESSURE OF 200 PSF.
B. AT THE TIME OF CONSTRUCTION, THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBSERVE THE SITE AND CERTIFY
THAT THE SOIL CONDITIONS ARE SIMILIAR TO THOSE UPON WHICH THE DESING IS BASED.
