THE DEMOLITION CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE CHAPTER 33 AND ALL OTHER APPLICABLE LOCAL, STATE OR FEDERAL REGULATIONS. 2. THE OWNER SHALL NOT AUTHORIZE ANY IMPROVEMENT OR DEMOLITION WORK UNTIL PERMIT IS SECURED FROM ALL THE AGENCIES HAVING JURISDICTION. 3.
