2. OWNER /CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR KEEPING THE EXISTING BUILDING
FROM SUSTAINING DAMAGE FROM EXPOSURE TO THE WEATHER AS A RESULT FROM
DEMOLITION OF ROOFED AREAS AND REMOVAL OF EXISTING EXTERIOR WALLS.
3. THE CONDITIONS SHOWN ON THIS PLANS DENOTE THE BEST INFORMATION
AVAILABLE AT THE TIME THE PLANS WERE PREPARED. THE OWNER/ CONTRACTOR
SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING ALL EXISTING CONDITIONS AND INFORMING

10. OMISSIONS: IN THE EVENT THAT CERTAIN FEATURES OF THE CONSTRUCTION ARE NOT FULLY SHOWN IN THE DRAWINGS, THEN
THEIR CONSTRUCTION SHALL BE OF THE SAME CHARACTER AS FOR SIMILAR CONDITIONS THAT ARE SHOWN, NOTED OR
EXISTING.
11. DISCREPANCIES: THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPARE AND COORDINATE ALL DRAWINGS. WHEN IN THE OPINION OF THE
CONTRACTOR A DISCREPANCY EXISTS HE SHALL PROMPTLY REPORT IT TO THE ARCHITECT FOR PROPER ADJUSTMENT BEFORE
