THAT IS GOING TO BE REPLACED BY NEW 250kW STANDBY GENERATOR.
GENERATOR IS LOCATED AT 4th LEVEL PARKING GARAGE INSIDE A DEDICATED
GENERATOR ROOM. EXISTING STANDBY GENERATOR PROVIDE POWER TO TWO
SEPARATED AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCHES. ONE 400 AMPS THAT FEED THE
EMERGENCY DISTRIBUTION PANEL (ATS #1) THAT IS GOING TO BE REPLACED AS WELL
AND AND A SECOND AUTOMATIC TRANSFER SWITCH THAT FEED THE FIRE PUMP

NEW ATS #1 AND EXISTING ATS #2. SECOND 200A, 3 POLES CIRCUIT BREAKER IS
GOING TO FEED EXISTING RESTAURANT ELECTRIC LOAD AND NEW 200A, "ATS #3 ".
THE RESTAURANT HAS ONE 200A, 3 POLES MAIN DISCONNECT SWITCH.

STORE ALL EQUIPMENT ABOVE GROUND IN A DRY, COVERED AREA TO PROTECT
FROM MOISTURE AND DAMAGE. IF EQUIPMENT IS DAMAGED, THE CONTRACTOR IS
TO PROVIDE A NEW REPLACEMENT AT NO ADDITIONAL COST TO THE OWNER.
