CONTRACTOR 15 TO WET SAW -CUT ALL OPENINGS IN CONCRETE, BLOCK WALLS IF REQUIRED. CONTRACTOR SHALL NOT DEMOLISH OPENINGS WITH SLEDGE HAMMER UNTIL OUTLINES HAVE BEEN CUT. GENERAL DEMOLITION NOTE5 S. AS REQUIRED TO MATCH ADJACENT SURFACES AND /OR AS REQUIRED FOR NEW SCHEDULED FINISHES. 13. DEMOLITION 15 DENOTED BY BROKEN LINES. 14. FOR REMOVAL OF FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT, SEE ARCHITECTURAL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS. 15. PREPARE EXISTING CONCRETE SLAB AS REQUIRED BY GRINDING, LEVELING WITH ARDEX LEVELER AS PER MANUFACTURER'S SPECIFICATIONS. MATCH EXISTING SLAB ELEVATION AS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE NEW SCHEDULED FLOORING MATERIAL. 16. VERIFY WITH CIVIL, PLUMBING, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS ITEMS TO BE REMOVED /RELOCATED IN CASE OF CONFLICT. 11. DESTINATION OF ALL EXISTING EQUIPMENT, PLUMBING FIXTURES, DOORS AND FRAMES, ETC. TO BE REMOVED SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH THE OWNER. 18.
