When running, the speed of the VFD will be controlled to maintain a constant volume of air measured by the fan peizometer ring via transducer. The Isolation Room Exhaust Fan shall not be shut down by Fire Alarm. If the Isolation Room Exhaust Fan fails (as measured by the Differential Pressure Switch), all interlocked constant volume terminal unit dampers serving the Isolation Room will be overridden to closed. Once the fan returns to its normal state (running), all terminal unit dampers will return to normal control. A differential pressure switch shall be installed across the final filter. An alarm will be generated when the filter is dirty. Dirty setpoint 1.50 ". An alarm will also be generated if the fan loses status. 1410518 DPS- 2 1.5 IN WG E01FSS 1410574 DPS- 1 SETPTN WG rn,ci AM AND TRANSDUCER cR ^Y TYPICAL ISOLATION ROOM EXHAUST FAN CONTROL DIAGRAM - ISOLATION ROOM EXHAUST FAN n 00 HTE -1 50 %RH AFF CONTROL DIAGRAM - CRAC UNIT EA INSTALLATION NOTES: O TEC-1 TO BE MOUNTED IN MANUFACTURER SUPPLIED CONTROLLER ENCLOSURE O LOCATE AS SHOWN ON FLOOR PLANS /CONTRACT DOCUMENTS O3 CRAC UNIT SHALL BE TIED INTO EXISTING BMS SYSTEM FOR MONITORING FOR STOP,START, STATUS.
