CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION FOR THE STUCCO REPAIRS AND WATERPROOFING SCOPE OF WORK SHALL NOT BE COMPLETED BY ARRAY ARCHITECTS. CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION SHALL BE COMPLETED DIRECTLY BY A SEPARATE ENVELOPE CONSULTANT AS SELECTED BY THE OWNER. 3. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL SEQUENCE THE WORK ASSOCIATED WITH THE STUCCO AND WATERPROOFING SCOPE OF WORK IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WINDOW REPLACEMENTS. 4. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR MAITAINING AN ACCEPTABLE AESTHETIC FINISH OF THE REPAIRED AREAS DURING CONSTRUCTION IN THE EVENT THAT THE COATING IS NOT IMMEDIATELY APPLIED TO A REPAIRED AREA. 5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COMPLY WITH THE MANFACTURER'S REQUIREMENTS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE SPECIFIED WARRANTY. 6. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FACILITATE A PRECONSTRUCTION MEETING WITH THE OWNER AND THE OWNER'S ENVELOPE CONSULTANT PRIOR TO COMMENCING WITH STUCCO REPAIRS. 7. IT IS THE EXPECTATION OF THE OWNER THAT THE CONTRACTOR WILL BUY OUT THE EXTERIOR COATING APPLICATION AND THE PERIMETER WINDOW CAULKING AS A SINGLE WATERPROOFING CONTRACTOR IN ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE 10 YEAR SPECIFIED WARRANTY. 8. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ACURATE DOCUMENTATION OF COMPLETED REPAIRS, INCLUDING MARKED UP ELEVATIONS AND CORRESPONDING PHOTOS. 9. THE BASE BID INCLUDES 3,500SF OF STUCCO REPAIRS PER SPECIFICATION SECTION 092200. 10. THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROTECTING ALL ADJACENT SURFACES. 11.
