TIGHT PARTITIONS FOR REQUIRED INSPECTIONS. ANY PIPING WITHIN THIS 6 INCHES
SPACE SHALL BE REQUIRED TO BE MOVED AND REROUTED. ANY COST IMPACT TO
OTHER TRADES WILL BE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR.

TO BIDDING IN ORDER TO DETERMINE ALL REQUIRED CONNECTIONS.

8. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL
INSTALL PLUMBING PIPING IN LOCATIONS INDICATED
ON THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS. THE ONLY DEVIATION FROM THIS WOULD BE
IF ADDITIONAL OFFSETS ARE REQUIRED TO COORDINATE WITH OTHER TRADES.
IF THE THE CONTRACTOR DESIRES TO CHANGE THE PLUMBING ROUTING FOR
ANY OTHER REASON, HE SHALL COMPENSATE THE ENGINEER AT A RATE OF
DPE x 2.75 TO REVISE THE PLUMBING DRAWINGS, RISER DIAGRAMS AND FOR

WORK DISTURBED TO IT'S ORIGINAL CONDITION AT NO COST TO THE OWNER.
15. CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH ALL DISCIPLINES INVOLVED SO AS
TO AVOID ANY PIPE ROUTING PROBLEMS.
16. PROVIDE OFFSETS AND FITTINGS AS REQUIRED.
17. COORDINATE EXACT LOCATION OF EQUIPMENT ROOM FLOOR DRAINS FOR HVAC
EQUIPMENT & HUB DRAINS WITH MECHANICAL CONTRACTOR. CONDENSATE PIPING
SHALL NOT DISCHARGE INTO SANITARY SYSTEM.
18. THIS CONTRACTOR SHALL BASE HIS PROPOSAL UPON THE EQUIPMENT AS
SCHEDULED OR SPECIFIED, USING THE MANUFACTURERS AND MODEL NUMBERS
AS CALLED FOR W THE SPECIFICATIONS AND SCHEDULED ON THE DRAWINGS.
IF MORE THAN ONE MANUFACTURER OF EQUIPMENT IS SPECIFIED, ANY ONE
OF THE MANUFACTURERS OF EQUIPMENT MAY BE USED IN THIS CONTRACTOR'S
PROPOSAL. IF THIS CONTRACTOR WISHES TO USE EQUIPMENT NOT SPECIFIED

20. WARRANTY /GUARANTEE
A. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL WARRANTY /GUARANTEE AND MAINTAIN THE STABILITY
OF WORK AND MATERIALS AND KEEP SAME IN PERFECT REPAIR AND CONDITION
FOR THE PERIOD OF ONE YEAR.
B. DEFECTS OF ANY KIND DUE TO FAULTY WORK OR MATERIALS, APPEARING
DURING THE ABOVE MENTIONED PERIOD, MUST BE IMMEDIATELY REPAIRED BY
THE CONTRACTOR AT HIS OWN EXPENSE TO THE ENTIRE SATISFACTION OF THE
OWNER AND ENGINEER. SUCH RECONSTRUCTION AND REPAIRS SHALL INCLUDE
DAMAGE TO THE FINISH OR FURNISHING OF THE BUILDING RESULTING FROM THE
