FLOORING RENOVATION WORK OCCUR IMMEDIATELY AFTER HOOD REPLACEMENT WORK.
II. CONTRACTOR TO TEMPORARY REMOVE SINKS, DISHWASHER AND CONVEYOR.
OWNER TO DISCONNECT ALL OTHER EQUIPMENT. CONTRACTOR TO COORDINATE WITH
OWNER AS NECESSARY FOR REMOVAL OF EQUIPMENT.

PROVIDE FOR SAFE CONDUCT OF THE WORK, CAREFUL REMOVAL . AND 015POSITION OF
MATERIALS, PROTECTION OF PROPERTY, COORDINATION WITH WORK OF OTHERS IN
PR06RE55, AND TIMELY DISCONNECTION OF UTILITY SERVICES. THE PROCEMIRE5 SHALL
INCLUDE A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF METHODS AND EQUIPMENT TO BE USED FOR EACH
OPERATION AND THE SEQUENCE OF OPERATION.
3. TITLE TO MATERIALS: TITLE TO ALL MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT TO BE
DEMOL15HED AND REMOVED EXCEPTING ITEMS INDICATED TO BE TURNED OVER TO
THE OWNER 15 VESTED IN THE CONTRACTOR AT START OF PROJECT. ALL PLUMBING
FIXTURES, LIGHTING FIXTURES, A/C EQUIPMENT, APPLIANCES, TRAYS, SPECIALTY
ITEMS, ETC. SHALL BE EVALUATED BY A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE SB.H.O. AS TO
1 THE STATUS OF THEIR REMOVAL. THE OWNER WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE

4. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL VISIT THE SITE OF THE WORK AND EXAMINE THE
