FINAL CONSTRUCTION: UPON COMPLETION OF THE HVAC RENOVATION WORK, THE SAME CONTRACTOR SHALL REBALANCE THE NEW AND EXISTING EQUIPMENT AND DUCTS TO PROVIDE INDICATED AIR QUANTITIES TO THE RENOVATED SPACE. ANY ADDITION OF DAMPERS, ADJUSTMENTS, (FAN SPEED, CHANGE OUT OF PULLEYS, ETC.) REQUIRED FOR THIS SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THIS CONTRACTORS PROPOSAL. 3.
