1. THE FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM, INCLUDING THE FIRE SPRINKLER, HANGERS, PIPE, AND ALL OTF:R RELATED DEVICES, SHALL BE INSTALLED, LOCATED, AND DESIGNED IN ACCORDANCE (2 REMOVE EXISTING SPRINKLER AND PLUG 1" OUTLET.
WITH NFPA 13, FIRE PREVENTION CODE, AND THE AUTHORITY HAVING JURISDICTION.
2. THE MINIMUM PIPING TO BE USED IS 1 ". ALL PIPING 2" TO A MINIMUM OF 1" SHALL BE XL_ IPE WITH SCREWED OR ROLLED GROOVED ENDS AND FITTINGS. ALL PIPING 2 -1/2" OR
LARGER SHALL BE SCH._ 1.0 PIPE WITH SCREWED OR ROLL GROOVED ENDS AND FITTINGS.
3. ALL PIPING SHALL BE SUPPORTED FROM BUILDING IN AN APPROVED MANNER AS SHOWN ON HNGER DETAILS ON PLANS.
4. FOR SPRINKLER TYPE SEE SPRINKLER CHARTS ON RESPECTIVE DRAWINGS.
5. ALL MATERIALS USED SHALL BE NEW AND FREE OF ANY DEFECTS. ANY PAINTING OR WIRING SKILL BE DONE BY OTHERS.
6. PLANS ARE FOR REFERENCE ONLY AND MAY NOT SHOW EVERY OFFSET.
7. ALL WORK SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH OTHER TRADES TO AVOID CONFLICTS AND INTERFENCE WITH PROGRESS OF INSTALLATION.
8. SPARE HEADS CABINET, IDENTIFICATION TAGS, MATERIAL TEST CERTIFICATES, AND ANY OTHB ITEMS CONCERNING THE FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM SHALL BE PROVIDED IF APPLICABLE.
9. THE BUILDING HAS 100% COVERAGE FROM THE EXISTING FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM.
10. - TESTING OF SPRINKLER PIPING SHALL BE DONE AT 200 PSI MINIMUM HYDROSTATIC PRESSUE FOR MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS, OR AT 50 PSI IN EXCESS OF THE MAXIMUM PRESSURE TO
MAINTAINED IN SYSTEMS WHICH IS IN EXCESS OF 150 PSI.
