ALL WORK TO BE PERFORMED UNDER THIS CONTRACT SHALL COMPLY WITH CODES LISTED ON SHEET LS -1, THE FLORIDA BUILDING CODE (LATEST EDITION), CITY LABOR LAWS, CITY ORDINANCES CITY /COUNTY ZONING CODES, NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE, N.F.P.A. 101, O.S.H -A., A.D.A. k ALL OTHER APPLICABLE CODES, RULES AND REGULATIONS. 02- THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FAMILIARIZE HIM/HERSELF WITH THE PROJECT THROUGH INSPECTION OF THE SITE, THE DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS, SO AS TO THOROUGHLY UNDERSTAND THE NATURE AND SCOPE OF THE WORK.
