SCHEDULES SHALL BE TYPED OR COMPUTER GENERATED. B. PRIOR TO BID, THE EXTENT AND UNDERSTANDING OF THE WORK TO BE PERFORMED SHALL BE CLEARLY ESTABLISHED SUCH THAT NO ADDITIONAL COSTS WILL BE INCURRED BY THE OWNER. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE TEMPORARY POWER, LIGHTING, COMM., ETC., WHERE REQUIRED DURING DEMOLITION AND CONSTRUCTION SCOPE OF WORK. E ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED BY A LICENSED ELECTRICAL CONTRACTOR AND SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH OTHER TRADES. F. CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED INSURANCE FOR PROTECTION AGAINST PUBLIC LIABILITY FOR THE DURATION OF THE WORK. G. CONTRACTOR SHALL PAY FOR THE PERMITS, FEES & INSPECTIONS. H. WORK JOINTLY WITH THE ARCHITECT, ESTABLISH AND MARK SALVAGE AND DEMOUTION ITEMS BEFORE COMMENCING WORK; REPORT ITEMS SCHEDULE FOR RELOCATION, REINSTALLATION OR REUSE, WHICH ARE FOUND TO BE IN DAMAGED CONDITION; AWAIT FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS FROM THE ARCHITECT BEFORE COMMENCING PITH WORK. 0. DEMOUTION EQUIPMENT, DEVICES AND MATERIAL SHALL BE REMOVED FROM THE SITE AND DISPOSED OF BY THE CONTRACTOR. SALVAGED EQUIPMENT AND DEVICES SHALL BE THE PROPERTY OF THE OWNER UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. REPAIR, REPLACE AND /OR RESTORE TO GOOD FUNCTIONAL CONDITION, EQUIPMENT, MATERIAL AND ITEMS SCHEDULE FOR RELOCATION, WHICH ARE DAMAGED DURING DISMANTLING OR REASSEMBLE OPERATIONS PROVIDE NEW MATERIALS, FITTINGS AND APPURTENANCES REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE RELOCATION AND TO RESTORE TO GOOD OPERATING ORDER. PERFORM THE RELOCATION WORK IN ACCORDANCE TO APPLICABLE CODES ASD STANDARDS, USING SKILLED WORKERS. Q. RELOCATING DEVICES: REMOVE AND REINSTALL IN LOCATIONS DESIGNATED BY THE ARCHITECT, TEMPERATURE CONTROL SYSTEM DEVICES, RELAYS, WIRE CONDUIT, FIXTURES, EQUIPMENT AND OTHER DEVICES REQUIRED FOR THE OPERATION OF THE VARIOUS SYSTEMS THAT ARE INSTALLED IN EXISTING TO BE REMOVED CONSTRUCTION. R. CONTRACTOR SHALL KEEP A CLEAN SET OF DRAWINGS ON THE JOB, NOTING DAILY, ALL CHANGES MADE IN THESE DRAWINGS IN CONNECTION WITH THE DEMOLITION PHASE, INCLUDING EXACT DIMENSIONED LOCATIONS OF ALL UNCOVERED EXISTING UTILITIES AND SHALL. WITH THIS, REQUEST FOR FINAL PAYMENT. TURN OVER A CLEAN, NEATLY MARKED SET OF REPRODUCIBLE MYLARS SHOWING "EXISTING CONDITIONS" WORK TO THE ARCHITECT FOR SUBSEQUENT RENEW AND TRANSMITTAL TO THE OWNER. CONTRACTOR SHALL NOTE ALL CONSTRUCTION CHANGES, DATE EACH AND LABEL "AS- BUILTS" IN THE REVISION BLOCK ON THE DRAWINGS. CONTRACTOR SHALL ALSO FURNISH ONE SET OF 'AS- BUILTS" BLUEPRINTS. S. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SUPPORTING OF EXISTING CONDUITS AND WIRING ABOVE CEILING SPACES WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT TO COMPLY WITH CURRENT CODES. PROVIDE A $5,000 ALLOWANCE FOR SUCH RESUPPORTING. ALL LABOR AND MATERIALS TO BE CHARGED TO ALLOWANCE SHALL BE DOCUMENTED AND APPROVED BY ENGINEER OR ARCHITECT PRIOR TO WORK. ANY ALLOWANCE NOT USED SHALL BE CREDITED TO OWNER. T. ANY EXISTING JUNCTION BOXES OR RACEWAYS WHICH WILL REMAIN AFTER DEMOLITION, SHALL IDENTIFY CIRCUIT AND BE COLOR CODED PER SPECIFICATIONS. PROVIDE COVER PLATED AS REQUIRED THROUGHOUT. U. ALL EXISTING COVER PLATES FOR RECEPTACLES AND SWITCHES REMAINING IN THE SCOPE OF WORK AREA AFTER DEMOUTION SHALL BE REPLACED WITH THE SAME COVER PLATES BEING USED FOR NEW WORK. PROVIDE ENGRAVING PER SPECIFICATIONS. V. ANY SWITCH OR RECEPTACLE THAT WILL REMAIN AFTER DEMOLITION IN THE SCOPE OF WORK AREA SHALL BE REPLACED WITH NEW SWITCHES AND OR RECEPTACLES. REFER TO SPECIFICATIONS. W. CONTRACTOR SHALL MAINTAIN THE INTEGRITY OF THE EXISTING FIRE ALARM SYSTEM DURING CONSTRUCTION. X. ANY DATA/TELEPHONE OUTLET THAT WILL REMAIN AFTER DEMOLITION IN THE SCOPE OF WORK AREA SHALL BE REPLACED WITH TYPE USED FOR NEW WORK. REFER TO SPECIFICATIONS.
