08-1177R-013HVAC GENERAL NOTES 1. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL FURNISH ALL LABOR, MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR THE INSTALLATION OF HVAC SYSTEM IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE DRAWINGS. FLORIDA BUILDING CODE 2004 ANS /ASHRAE 15 -'1994 NFPA PAMPHLETS 90A, 9OB -91 -2002 SMACNA -1 995 ASH RAE -2001 OSHA -2005 2. THE WORK INCLUDES PROVIDING THE HVAC SYSTEMS, INCLUDING DUCTWORK, DIFFUSERS AND GRILLES, INSULATION, CONTROLS AND EQUIPMENT NECESSARY FOR A COMPLETE FUNCTIONING SYSTEM. HVAC SYSTEM INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: SUPPLY, RETURN AND EXHAUST DUCTWORK SYSTEMS WITH GRILLES, DIFFUSERS FILTERS AND DAMPERS. 3. CONTRACTOR SHALL SUBMIT SHOP DRAWINGS TO ENGINEER FOR APPROVAL OF ALL EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS AND LAYOUTS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. 16. CONTRACTOR SHALL PRINT UP INSTRUCTIONS FOR OWNER'S OPERATION OF SYSTEMS. 17. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PAY ALL INSPECTION FEES.
